Product Description

Vibrator Tables are used to aid the compaction of materials in containers, boxes, and bulk bags. The vibrating action helps materials and products nest closely and settle to reduce product volume to a minimum. This can reduce container size and therefore reduce the cost of transport. This vibrator has a powerful vibrating unit on its rigid table. Vibrator Tables are used mainly to load and defoam freshly mixed concrete for U-shaped grooves, boundary blocks, segments, PC plates, and other secondary concrete products. The vibrator can also be used to promote penetration in lightly salted pickles and other foodstuffs and to desalt salted food ingredients. The principle of the vibrating table is to mount a workpiece-containing container on a vibrating upper frame and to vibrate the container itself.

Exceptional Compaction Technology

The vibrator table's vibrating mechanism facilitates uniform compaction of a variety of materials in manufacturing molds. Adjustable vibration settings allow operators to tailor intensity for optimal results, enhancing the final product's quality and density.

Built for Reliability and Safety

Durability is ensured with the 10 mm mild steel plate and powder-coated finish, while rubber cushioning on the load-bearing surface minimizes noise and mechanical wear. The control panel can be operated either manually or automatically, granting flexibility in different workplace applications.

FAQ's of Vibrator Tables:

Q: How is the vibration frequency adjusted on the industrial vibrator table?

A: The table offers adjustable vibration settings, allowing users to fine-tune the vibration frequency according to specific compaction requirements. This can be controlled via the manual or automatic control panel, ensuring precise operation for various material types.

Q: What type of materials can be compacted using this vibrator table?

A: The table is designed for the compaction of materials placed within manufacturing molds, such as concrete, powders, or die-cast substances. Its sturdy build and rapid vibration frequency help achieve uniform density and eliminate air pockets within molds.

Q: When should the manual control panel be used instead of the automatic function?

A: Manual control is ideal when the operator wants direct oversight over vibration intensity and duration, especially for specialized materials or unique mold shapes. Automatic mode is recommended for repetitive processes requiring consistent compaction results.

Q: Where is this industrial vibrator table typically used?

A: It is commonly utilized in industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, and workshops in India and globally where precise compaction in mold-making is essential. Its capacity and size make it suitable for medium- to large-scale production environments.

Q: What is the process for installing and powering the vibrator table?

A: Installation involves placing the table on a flat surface and ensuring adequate space for operation. It is powered by a single-phase 220-240V supply, and all electrical connections should be securely fastened before use. The control panel provides easy access for operation.

Q: How does the rubber-cushioned surface benefit users?

A: The rubber cushioning absorbs vibrations, reducing noise levels (below 70 dB) and preventing material slippage during compaction. This design prolongs the table's lifespan and improves safety for operators.

Q: What advantages does using a heavy-duty induction motor provide?

A: A heavy-duty induction motor ensures consistent performance, running reliably under continuous load of up to 200 kg. It supports high vibration frequencies (3600 RPM) necessary for effective compaction, optimizing productivity and energy efficiency.
